Hello Just wanna ask to make sure. I went for a scaling and polishing on Sat afternoon. And on Sun this blood jelly thingy was form in my mouth and I have to take it out and it causes massive bleeding. I went to the dental he wipe it out for me. But there's still this blood jelly thingy forming on my upper tooth. Is it normal? How long would the blood jelly be there?

It is variation of clotting. Sometimes it is necessary for the dentist to detach it with a scalpel. If it bleeds again when detached, it may be necessary for the dentist to cauterize the wound with an electrosurgery.
