Best way to fix my teeth

User Level:

I took pretty bad care of my teeth when I was younger I used to grind my back teeth in my sleep. As a result, I have no molars at all on my top jaw. My canine on the upper left side have cavity. My teeth are yellow in color. I lost two molars on my bottom jaw (one on the left and one on the right side). Does anyone have any suggestion about the best way to fix my teeth? I am really open to anything possible to have a perfect smile. I would be grateful for any advice you could give me.

I don't understand. How did grinding your teeth cause you to lose upper molars?

There is no way anyone can treatment plan your case online without benefit of x-rays or models. Select a dentist by recommendations of honesty by people you trust, NOT by insurance lists nor size of telephone book advertisements. Then proceed with a comprehensive exam and x-ray series. Only in this way can rational treatment options be presented to you.

I can tell you one thing: You made a terrible mistake having permanent teeth extracted.
