Root canal treatment has to be done immediately.... You can wait for the permanent crown for few days and get temperary crown done

If there is reinfection in root canal, root cancal treatment has to be redone....

There may be failure of root canal treatment so it has to be redone.... But before coming to conclusion, go for second dental openion......there is no reaction to the crown.... i
