the best solution is to go to a good dentist who will provide u with a properly fitting crown. when the crown is not fabricated properly it leaves a gap at the margin this results...

although second molar always create imbalance in fuction. tht might me the reason for food accumulation and decay and fracture of filling. in SDA shortened dental arch concept its...

it may be because of some amount of bone removed from that area with a high speed handpiece. this generally necrotises the bone. the pain may be due to pressure. location of pain??
