Upper Molar extraction, healing proccess

I had an upper molar extracted about 72 hrs ago... the first 2 days after were 100% painless... the 3rd day i began to feel pressure building up in the area of extraction and also in and around my ear. The tooth was abscessed so im wondering if that has anything to do with it. I attached a picture incase i could get some feedback as to how i am healing. Thanks and any info would be much appreciated

You probably have a dry socket and need to return to the treating dentist ASAP.

thats what i thought but the pain has since subsided.. as of right now i have no pain at all... but the pressure which wasnt painful lasted about two days...not sure what to think of it
