Mouth Sores?

I have what seems like multiple canker sores along my gumlines.There are a few spots that are very sore right were the tooth meets the gum. They have the appearance of canker sores, but also bleed when I brush my teeth. I'm worried it might be something serious..?

You don't give your age nor whether you are a smoker, or how much alcohol you drink. All these factors increase the risk of mouth cancer. However, it sounds like you have canker sores. These normally heal up within a week. If not, make an appointment to see your dentist.
