Three weeks ago i had 4 implants inserted with a denture that fits over them. After the 1st week they were ok but over the easter weekend I felt felt some discomfort from them when Iremoved the denture two of the implant screws came out attached to it.cant see my dentist till at least tomorrow but would like to know if they can be re-inserted and tightened up seeking reassurance thanks.

Did the whole implant come out, or just the attachments to the top of the implant?

If it is merely the attachment that came unscrewed, this is an easy thing to fix. If you can screw them back in before the hole closes, it would be better.

However, if the whole implants came out it is a heap of bad news. The implant surface will look long and have deep threads on it.

It sounds like you had mini-implants placed. I don't favor these because of the high failure rate.

Your implant is new so it could have just not been seated correctly go to your dentist and have a proper check up.
