My upper right first molar is giving me a problem. I have it filled five years ago. Last year the filling came out but I took it for granted since there was no pain nor sensitivity. Recently, I noticed a gaping hole in the tooth. I now feel a mild pain on the tooth but it's on and off. What are my options to address this tooth? Is another filling possible?
