flipper gets loose

I have been wearing flipper for the past two months. It was great and I didn’t have any problem with it until lately, it became loose. It would even move while I talk. What should I do to keep it stay in place? Should I get a new one? Any help would be great.

The bone and gums change in a hurry after an extraction and the prosthetics get loose real fast. No options here except use adhesive or have a new one made.
